Came here to get a transformer for my furnace due to mine going out. They were quick to help me out but unfortunately I bought the wrong part. I hadn't received a receipt upon exiting the store but they were able to pull up a copy and get me a refund! Very helpful and understanding!

Every time I go into the store the clerks are so helpful and friendly! Today I went in to get 3M indoor window insulation! I had my measurements and found Mark just finishing up helping another customer. He was so helpful and friendly. I gave him my measurements for the window and we found what I was looking for. He gave me several helpful hints and even drew me a little diagram!!! I went home and my husband we able to install the window insulation!Our Ace store is the best! You don’t get this kind of customer service at Lowe’s, Home Depot or Walmart. Please never leave!!!
