I have a 2016 Kia **** that has been in the service department since June 14, 2022. They keep telling me they have ordered a new motor and it would take 2 weeks to receive the motor and then a couple days to replace it. This has been going on since I took the car in for repairs. Every time I call I am told the same thing. I feel that 2 and a half months should be long enough to make repairs. Just talked to them today and was told motor not in and no eta for it to be there.

Bought my van from here. Tom is an honest and straightforward guy. There are few in the used car business and repair business I trust but Thelen Collision and Auto Care is one!
