The folks in service are the absolute best! Towed in at 9am on a Wednesday, diagnosed, parts ordered, installed and the extra service items I requested if they could get it running again all done by 11am the following day! Top notch service and highly recommended!

We are very happy with the service we received at Sundance. Thank you Jim and Arin for making our car searching nightmare into a dream. I can't believe the car we drove off the lot with. I told Arin what we were looking for and he spotted it 50 cars in when we were 1st looking. After putting him thru the ringer wanting to drive 5 other, we drove off with the one he was so excited to show us 1st thing. Thank you so much for your hospitality and helping us find a great car! We love it!

Sundance you are the worst decision I've ever made. A few months ago I purchased a used car. The day I bought this vehicle it died. Yall replaced a fuel pump, it died the next day. I spent over 2000 dollars at another shop, and still to this day it doesn't run. When I came to the store the first time I told the salesman that I have a family with five daughters and needed a vehicle that was reliable, yall got a fast one on a small town working family. Now we are in jeopardy of losing our vehicle because we tried so hard to get these problems fixed. Your warranty only covers 15 % , but these were problems yall knew about and you fixed it up just enough to sell that car and got lucky with a desperate family who trusted the well known name of Sundance. If this is how yall do business I hope you never sell another car.

Scheduled a oil change. I waited in the lounge and Had a cup of coffee. I was out in 30-35 minutes. I do miss the donuts though.
