“As a distributor for Saylor Beall I can say that they are an extraordinary company. A customer of ours received a compressor at a third party dock. The individual was supposed to call the customer to inspect it before accepting it. The third party did not contact the customer and signed for the compressor as received in good condition. Once the customer opened the stretch wrap the for a damaged belt guard and Pump Head. The customer was frantic with both the carrier and the third party for not doing what the shipping instructions stated. After finding that a freight claim would not be honored by the freight company I called Saylor Beall..
