We’re trolls heading up to the UP to enjoy the holiday when our check engine light goes on… it’s been the year of bad luck with cars… called Napa auto, they scanned the code, and got us all set within 5 mins! They were AMAZING, kind, professional, and made our day 10x better. Big thanks to the team working 8/30/24 for their kindness ?

Shelf tag prices for items are much lower than what is charged. Went to pick up a couple of cheap wiper blades . . . The 24" marked $10 and the 17" marked $7.50 but was charged $14.99 each.
Was told, "Oh yeah, the tags are outdated on the floor and do not match the system," then was also told, "we can not match what the tag shows."
Good ol' bait and switch scam if you ask me. Make sure you pay attention to what your stuff rings up at here if you decide to stop in.

I came in here after making the mistake of going next door to clueless auto. NAPA was able to get the part I needed 3 hours after I ordered the same day!!! They also referred me to a very helpful business George’s auto who was able to press a bearing for me quickly and reasonably My favorite businessesIn St Ignace

This place is great place. I experienced car trouble while on a business trip and they helped me figure out what the engine warning light code meant. As it turns out, my car's engine failed and they were able to recommend a local shop (George's Body Shop) that helped me get my car back to Traverse City. Don't hesitate stopping in - they will take care of you for sure!
