I've had my new ring set for a few days, and I just want to say that I'm in love ❤️.
Sarah went above and beyond to help me find something that not only met my needs but exceeded them... and all while staying well within the budget I set!
My hands are very small, so finding what fits my needs is not always the easiest. The staff is always kind and caring.
Everything I have purchased from here is quality, and they even ship to me.
Always my favorite jewelry store.

My sister & I have been shopping here for several years now--there is not a trip to Mackinac Island without a stop at the Gold Mine. We both have several pieces of your Island Collection and add a new one every year. Such a pleasant staff and very helpful. They take great care in your selections and package them accordingly for your trip home. the Gold Mine is a must stop while visiting the area, much more than just a jewelry store-there are so very nice gift options for all.

The Gold Mine is a regular stop when we’re Up North. Have gotten some beautiful jewelry and unique decor there over the years. It’s always fun to see what new things they have from the local artisans. It’s also a favorite shopping destination for our young granddaughters who always find something relatively inexpensive that catches their eye. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The girls like that they are treated like any other customer, staff is always patient with them, and their purchases are boxed or put in a fancy bag for their trip home which makes them feel special. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I happened upon this gem of a store walking downtown (something we rarely do when we come up). Staff very helpful without being high pressure to sell you anything. I ended up with the most unique ring as a surprise gift for my birthday. It was sized within the hour, not to mention they will clean and check it for life if you’re looking for unique jewelry and great customer service, I highly recommend!

This place is like a hidden gem. I send everyone here. They have the most beautiful jewelry, huge selection. My engagement ring came from here and it's stunning, I get so many compliments on that ring even from total strangers. Everyone's helpful friendly and they stand behind their work. Highly recommend over big box chain jewelry stores.

Goldmine went out of their way to make my grandmothers ring into a ring that I can pass on. I am simply speechless at the work that was done. Truly amazing. I will forever me grateful for what they did. Customer service is a 10 out of 10!
