St Clair collision did wonderful job on the 21 traverse it was done in a very timely fashion only took 5 days for the whole front clip, grill and Hood and things you can't even see plastics noise dampening there was only one thing and that's the front bow tie color not a big deal, they made it look pretty much brand new,over all very happy,would highly recommend

Called took me right in. Needed new headlights and some minor body damage. Waiting on my parts. Such very friendly and helpful employees. Thank you again! See you soon! Can't wait to see it fixed! Not a pricey.

Absolutely top notch service. We had extensive hail damage on our vehicles. When there was a communication problem from my insurance to me Jen and Mary from St.Clair collision bend over backwards to straighten everything out for us. Always friendly and very personable. I will not bring our vehicles anywhere else.

Car took nearly 12 weeks to do (was quoted for 8). It smell’s absolutely horrible and was washed down with filthy water from who knows where. The seats were filthy annd grease spots everywhere on the seats and headliner. Office people were friendly and car seems to be in decent shape aside from the filth but I would not recommend. I’m now going to have to pay for professional cleaning.

I had an outstanding experience at St Clair Collision. Mark and the front office team (Jenn and Mary) were professional, courteous and friendly. My car needed two issues addressed. On one they worked seamlessly with my insurance company and on the other they quoted me a fair and reasonable price. They said it would be done by the next day and it was. The work was first rate. I can't even tell there was any damage.While I hope to never have to visit a collision shop again, if I do, it will be St Clair Collision.Services: Painting

Having a horrible experience working with this company at the moment, it’s been a month after they told me they were going to start working on it at this point in time and they told me they were going to get it in earlier because it was a tow in. I call every couple days to see when they’re going to work on it and then tell me they’re going to pull it in in a few days. Horrible body work. Picked up when finished but cv shaft boot tore and turbo blown. Car would not go 10 mph. So how did they get it to Marysville Goodyear for strut and alignment. Just cost me $4200 to have engine repaired. They deny any wrong doing. They know there responsible. Be careful where you take your car.Service: Body & Trim

After 2 weeks couple of calls wondering where my headlight is no response never called me back i made calls to them oh we look into it really should have been ordered asap after all waiting til middle of July for repair maybe we have loaner maybe not. Very poor communication. Went to a better place 30min. Estimate and in loaner an equinox. They actually cared about my headlight and not driving with one light. Very poor customer service it's bad when you get absolutely ignored. Shame on you for treating customer s this way.
