So what was fixed seems good will know more after driving a bit. Was very disappointed with the inside of car finger prints all over and some kind of sticky stuff on door. Any other place I have taken cars for repair they always clean car inside and wash outside

Fast and friendly service. I walked up without an appt. to have replacement key FOBs programmed and the keys cut. They took care of it quickly. I was in and out in no time. Quite refreshing compared to other dealership experiences I have had. A+

I had better experience/customer service at biscos. Took them a week to even call me back if they did call me back. Then I take my car in for a clicking sound just to be told it’s my tires. Well I get new tires and guess what I still have the clicking sound coming from the middle of my vehicle. And when they were cashing me out I asked them how does that make sense. A noise coming from the middle of a vehicle clicks when I turn the wheel automatically mean it’s my tires. Well the front desk help looked at me dumb founded and couldn’t explain it and just said I can’t tell ya that one. Oh and for who I believe the girls name Amanda…. Just because you piss a customer off doesn’t mean you should avoid them. You should try to resolve the problem. But lucky me my warranty is up now and I have to replace all the things that I’m guessing were not looked at that, and more than likely would have been covered over the warranty. Just piss poor excuse for customer service.

Horrible experience. Rude manager. Fixed my car without my permission. Called the wrong number several times kept calling my daughters number. Had me under the wrong account. Gave them the correct number 3 times. Fixed the wheel bearing when it wasnt even bad asked them why they said they would call back. Called wrong number again. Just fixedthe bearing and billed the warranty company. Picked it up and drove 1/2 mile down the road and it was still making then noise. Took to different dealership and it was bearing in transfer case. Took them less than hour to diagnose . Manager told me to bring it back and he would put the old bearing back in for 110$ and 185$ diagnose fee. Said he did me a favor and got it covered under my warranty. It wasn't even bad had it looked at the week before
