Gate has been wide open for 6 months. Questioned when it be fixed, was told they don't know it's not in the contract they have to have a locked gate. So your stuff is not secure, no one is ever in the office, place is a joke.

Nobody is ever in the office so you can pay your bill but they are there long enough to lock you out. Over priced & under employed at this place for sure. Everyday the closed sign is on the door during regular business hours. Place is a joke

I rented a unit and immediately went to put a lock on it. The unit was leaking and wet. I obviously could not put any possessions in it that I cared about. I returned to the office and was refused a refund. “Rent at your own risk”. One customer gone forever.After posting this review management rectified the situation. I’ll still never be a customer but I appreciate the refund.

The handle is rusted on my unit, making opening and closing extremely difficult (I use a hammer to help facilitate it closed.) I’ve talked to management, and nothing was done. I’ve just recently visited and found my unit to be infested with mice! Management said, “that’s not of our concern, we’re a rent at your own risk facility”THEY DO NOT CONTROL PESTS AND YOUR STUff WILL GET DESTROYED! DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE!

Key code boxes and cement in front of units needs to be repaired I get 3 inches of water in front of my unit everytime it rains, would relocate to the new storage unit on range road if i didnt have so much stuff to move

Went in today to ask about storage and I will definitely be back when I'm ready to move and need storage in August. The girl that works there was very kind and informative. I also will be recommending this storage place to my friends and family as well.

Signed up though my Uhaul account. I selected this unit for the free month of rent. However two months into it, no free month. Called and they said they are not affiliated with Uhaul and do not offer the deals....ok...then why do I pay my bill, sign up, ect all through the Uhaul site. Should be disclosure when you pick up the keys.

Kind staff. The person working saw me struggling to put boxes in my car and helped me get everything settled. I'm very happy with my experience.
