Today, I stopped and pumped gas. I was on a phone call, and used my debit card to fill up. Unknowingly, my card failed and I didn’t pay for my gas. Not once did anyone try and let me know my card failed to connect to server. I even parked infront of the store for 20mins finishing up my phone call. Instead they called the police department saying I drove off and didn’t pay for my gas. I will never use this gas station ever again. All they had to do was let me know my card failed and I would of gladly paid for my gas. Wow!

The older gal that works there is rude, I don't understand why some people in customer service are rude, sarcastic persons. The owner needs to get rid of her, so people have a friendly person at the counter.

Maybe you should updat your hours online so people know you are not open untill midnight. Very inconvenient for people not from the area, passing threw at a late hour, needing gas. Not to mention standing in the window gawking instead of offering a helpful suggestion. If hours were updated the next closest gas station would have been used and all of the problems that followed could have been avoided.
