“I purchased a Blackstone on a sale online only to find out that corporate shipped the wrong grill when I went to pick it up. Of course there were none in stock at any surrounding stores except one quite a ways away. I was willing to wait for the next shipment at the end of December, however with the help of Cayden and John, I was able to get the grill I ordered after all. John actually drove to the next nearest store in Gladwin to pick it up personally. A great example of outstanding customer service at Hemlock Ace Hardware. Thank you for everything.”

“They're great. Every time I go into the store they treat me as a person looking for help. They, also, have someone to help you at the counter. The prices at just a little bit higher than Walmart, but I don't have to go into Owosso or Clio to get the items I need. Plus, I get services I can't get at a big box store. UPS, tool sharpening, custom orders, cutting of products that I don't have a saw to cut them at home. Usually they have free popcorn. LoL. They have products made in the USA. Many other services and products that I don't know about, yet. 100 years in the making. Thanks for being there for me. Shop local!
