Waited 2 & 1/2 hours to get food and then was told too bad when I got to the front of the line. If the cop walking around hadn't let people in head of me I would have been able to get some food.

Nasty dirty gym, black mold everywhere, ripped disgusting carpet, dirty and broken equipment. Not worth the price of membership. The bay city ymca is a much nicer establishment.

Went in to talked to the VA officer had to be the rudest lady of color ive ever came across walked in immediately she told me get out and sign the list sat there for 15 mins while she talked to another woman who is not a VA administrater so i get up to leave and immediately she walks out to cross my name out so i walked back in when i went in the office she talked to me like i didnt know proper english and cut me off as i was only asking about getting my fathers VA benefits you would think as a young man of color she would have took her time out to help me literally made me sound like i was stupid when i already did my research and was told to go to her ask her if she would print me out a Gi bill to see if i was eligible not to mention she sat right in front of her computer when it would have only tooken 2 to 3 minutes or a simple call to see if i was eligible to get my fathers VA benefits as i am trying to start college in the end i got up and left and as soon as i got up she told me she could help me when the whole time she talked to me like i was uneducated and in the end i left her and hope she felt little as black people we have to do better with helping our kind out that is the only way the plain will be even i left a voicemail but yet still no call back or apology you can tell she is a woman of color who thinks shes better than the rest of her kind and its just diagusting ?

Very dirty when going to the bathroom there was pee all over the floor. Staff is also rude.

This place has gone down after the pandemic. The staff used to be kind and respectful, but now they are constantly pushing customers to leave the facility 15 minutes before 8:00, when the gym closes at 8:00; meaning all paying members have until 8:00 to workout. With my schedule, I'm only able to exercise 7-8, and I'm paying full price to be able to do just that. The staff keeps bickering at people, telling customers they want to go home, everyone needs to be out the door before 8:00 hits. All the night shift workers have nasty attitudes and are beyond rude. If this doesn't change asap, I will look into other gyms.

I came to this facility because my doctor told me I had to start exercising because of my cholesterol levels. What I didn't know is that they was going to charge me over $85 for one month. When my monthly bill is $28. I'm a single struggling mother and they will not give me my money back. Not only that, you can never find anybody to help you with anything. They charge you full price, and they don't even have half of the facility open. When I called about my money everybody was unapologetic, and acted as if they didn't know what was going on. For $85 that's eight and a half months at planet fitness. And planet fitness is 24 hours. Save yourself the time and money and go to planet fitness. My daughter couldn't get shoes this month because of that $85. I hope they enjoy it.

So glad Kurt and I went in the past 2 days! Yesterday, rode bikes. Front desk went out of their way to help us register for pool time today. He was in lap swim pool and I was water walking. Wow did it feel good! Going to set up some more times now that I know how - super easy!
