“Both ladies working on Monday night, we're very helpful, the boots that I wanted was still there ,I wanted both pair but hubby only thought I needed the one pair , so while I was in trying on some shirts , he had the ladies. “It's been twenty plus years, walking into an Old Navy store I used to frequent. And it hasn't changed much. This is a good thing overall. Felt familiar, chill, and hip. Staff was nice and accommodating as well. Prices were fair on things too, which is good to see these days.”
“Holy moly, I’ve never felt more appreciated in my life! I went in in a panic because I needed a dress for a wedding I have to attend in a couple days, and Vicki helped me out so quickly! She came and checked on me near the dressing rooms when things weren’t working out, and within minutes had a handful of dresses that were what I was describing to her. When trying them on she made me feel so good about myself and confident! She was like the best friend that you need to have when shopping! I appreciated her help and hope that she’s there every single time I come in the future because I will absolutely be back.”
“I needed a strapless bra to go with the dress I had just bought. As soon as we went into the shop, we were greeted and asked if we needed any help. I believe that the lady that helped us was named Riley. We weren’t sure on sizing for bras so she helped to measure me and recommend a size and brought us over to what we were looking for. I brought in my dress with me to try on over the bra and she was really helpful in making sure everything fit right. And even though it had nothing to do with their shop, she helped us determine what alterations we would need to make to the dress to make it fit better since we mentioned that it was a little loose which was very helpful. I would recommend going here if you need a good strapless bra. She was helpful and really nice.”

“Great Store! The selection of merchandise is large and neatly arranged. We prefer being able to feel the fabrics and try clothing on before purchase. Every associate was friendly and greeted us. I commented to our cashier, Delmira, about how nice the store appeared and thanked her for the excellent service. Its obvious this store isbeing well managed and stafffed by people who care. Thanks”
“Their selection of clothing was outstanding it was very well organized which made things you needed and easy to find the prices were very reasonable they had plenty of different pieces of clothing in my size everything was well stocked in order and the story was very well maintained does that was outstanding they greeted you as you came into the store then they said thank you and have a good night I should left everyone at that storm in my opinion was doing an outstanding job for the owner you did tell they enjoyed working for him and he Trend each and every one of them very well thanks for doing such a good job and I'll be back when I need some more clothes”

“Lately I've been ordering online and each time I have gotten my bras they were damaged in shipping. I easily had around maybe 8 different exchanges because of them being damaged each time. The lady's there don't judge me about my situation and they helped me every single time I came in to exchange my bra. 10/10 for the store location, 0/10 for the online shipping process and for some reason my account has -9 points, even though I've bought bras. Shame on the company. The employees at this store are great.”
