My experience in Walmart is always fine. Their workers out on the floor are wonderful . The workers working to check you out are usually always rude and completely annoying, and you even bother them to check out.

They are remodeling, so it's a bit difficult to find things. The staff that's works in the store is nice always helpful. The cashiers are a flip of a coin.

Management is absent and unhelpful.
Ordered groceries online using limited EBT funds. 60$ of groceries were just NEVER given to me, and when I attempted to refund them, the app wouldn’t allow it unless it “returned” the items. I attempted to fix it using the app by going through their chatbot, then through phone as the app asked. The call it started was on hold for a full half hour. I attempted to call the store itself to sort it, and none of the appropriate options even had another person on the other end, just ringing for up to ten minutes before the line went dead. I just wanted the 30$ I couldn’t get refunded back so I can afford the food I need for the rest of the month, man.
