Prescriptions are nearly always late. Today I go to pick up and I'm told it's not ready, come back in two hours. I'm also told I'll be texted when it's ready and they verified my phone number. 4 hours later, no text. I call and the automaton tells me it's not ready. I finally get a human, and explain that I can't wait up all night because I've got work in the morning and they say it'll be ready in 15 minutes. I live nearby so I waited there. Wren I arrive, their inside desk is closed, only drive thru. I call them again and they won't serve me walk up, but instead make me wait another half an hour until they reopen inside

Another weekend, another "temporarily closed" location. I'm getting real tired of these inconveniences to use your services, after already closing several locations around me. Do better Walgreens, I'd hate to go somewhere else ?

Typically a good place to get your prescriptions. However I must add this store is not 24/7 as advertised. Sometimes without any explanation the store is closed from the inside and drive-thru. It seems random forcing you to have to make an unnecessary return visit later.

The pharmacy wasn't busy, I took advantage to ask question about infants products. The pharamist was being honest and didn't try to sell me name brand items that has the same effect as Walgreens brand, I really appreciated that

Fast service and smiling faces. This pharmacy is always busy but despite the stress of the work load I always receive a smile and fast service.

I've never had an issue inside of the store. The drive through is sometimes very difficult to get past when lined up to go and park. And if you're in that line, it can take a while to get your prescription.Store is clean, anytime I have been in. Cashiers are fairly quick. Only real complaint is wait times in the drive through pharmacy lane.

We use another Pharmacy that was out of my medication. I called Walgreens on State and Center who said they had my medication so I got it transferred there. Called later to see if it was ready they said it would be ready the next day. I went there next day to pick it up and they were out of it it would be on the truck the next day. I went back the next day and was it wasn't on he truck. I went to the store 3 times with 3-4 phone calls. Never got my prescription there, had to transfer it back to our regular pharmacy. Every time I was there several people were sitting/sleeping in chairs waiting on prescriptions, which I have never seen before in any pharmacy. The last time I called I spoke to a Pharmacy employee that said my prescription should be ready the next day. I asked her for her 1st name, she said she wasn't comfortable giving her 1st name, but she said her last name was Wood. This store is ridiculous, I can't imagine why anyone would use them. I suggest you avoid this place if you enjoy peace in your life. With all these bad reviews I wonder why Walgreens doesn't step in and correct these problems. Makes me think they must all be like this.

These employees are strange, not only in their rude attitude but also in their abnormal behavior. Although I have lived on the street next to theirs for over 20 years, I always go to the one located on Bay Road.

These cashiers lied and refused capital one cash deposits. The bank of Capital One has cooperated with Walgreen. When Capital One customers need to deposit a small amount of cash into their checking account, they only need to do is log in to their account and follow the bank's instructions and set the deposit amount on their mobile phone to get a 30-minute valid scan code, and then immediately go to the Walgreen counter to show the scan code and deposit cash. That’s it. When I went to make a deposit and showed my scan code, the cashier claimed my account needs to activate, she lied. All they have to do is scan the code and accept cash. I asked, what do I need to activate? The cashier said she didn't know either and wouldn't help me, so she asked me to go to Kroger to try. These lazy staffs lied. Therefore I had to go to another Walgreen store on Bay Road and they processed my deposit in less than a minute.
