This walgreens has more reasons why they can’t help you then why they can. They can’t even accept the signature in the drive-through. My dr office confirmed this Walgreens especially is more difficult to work with.

Other pharmacies -take note of how they do it here! It's the little things... Just called to see when my script was going to be ready and she knew right away who I was, where the script came from, ET cetera. A few weeks ago, I transferred a script from Meijer when they had a system issue, and they proactively looked up and billed my insurance. Y'all have earned my business PERMANENTLY for going above and beyond, and making interactions with y'all simple.

I placed a photo pick-up order in the early afternoon of 10/2/23, I was sent a confirmation email with an order number. When I arrived, they didn’t have my order. The employee tried to look up some of my information in the system but couldn’t find it. So I asked if it would work better if I used the app, he was unsure. So I tried, I was trying to print a large number of images, about 250. In the app, you can do 150. It might cost me more but at least they will be printed. I asked him if it went through, but he still couldn’t find it. After that another employee asked if they could help me, I asked if I could log in to the kiosk, but she was unsure. You can, but can only print 50 at a time. Fine, I will make four orders. Nope, it took me an hour to make one order on the kiosk. I tried the app again and it said it went through, I asked a different employee if it went through, and she said it was too early to tell. So I waited and tried to get the kiosk to work as a backup. My photos did start printing but none of the employees thought to tell me they went through. I waited another 30 mins or so before I asked if they went through or if I needed to go somewhere else. He told me they would be another 28 minutes. So I left did my shopping elsewhere and came back. It was more expensive because I got duplicates. Walgreens needs to fix its website/system, I felt like I was going insane.

Very disappointed I ordered the 1.99 laundry soap and the lady that brought it curb side told me the manager canceled it because they didn't have a lot left! Crazy tho I paid for them online so I could come get them! What's the point of online ordering the stuff if the manager candles orders due to low stock? ?

DO NOT USE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY. Picking up a prescription "that's going to be two fifty-three" If you are like me you think cool 2.53 If you work there that apparently means 253 dollars. Oh and don't worry they wont try and help solve problems with anything. I doubt that they care. I am also sending a complaint to the pharmacist review board. So, in the end if you value your money, sanity, and access to prescriptions then don't waste your time

My wife just got back from a scheduled appointment to get a shingles shot, but was told sorry we don't accept your insurance.THANKS ALOT WALGREENS FOR NOT QUALIFYING HER APPT. BEFORE SHE ARRANGED HER TIME AND DROVE THERE. ALL OTHER PHARMACIES LOOK REAL GOOD NOW.

Worker at night super was slow taking forever to get up to the front and ring us up about 10-15. And is like this most days and nights and are very weird asking for children's Id when they were 10 and younger

Very pleased with my first on-line ordering experience at this location! I went inside to pick up as I had a glitch with the order and the young man who waited on me helped to work through the glitch, all with a smile. Great customer service!

Just came in the Bay rd. Location. Said hi to the young man behind the counter. He just looked at me and said nothing. When I got ready to pay. I said Hi how ya doing. He said nothing. I then , said or not. Then he said hi to some one coming in. I commented he that he didn't respond to me either time. He replied I was bagging your stuff and you didn't hear me. No he said nothing. I will never come to your location again. There is no excuse for that poor of customer service

During this pandemic, if I need to go to the store, I'm in and out. I went in, got what I needed and went to check out. No one was there. Waited. I looked for someone and saw a lady stocking. I asked if she could help me check out. Ignores me. I try to find someone else. The next person I ask, says there should be someone up there. I told her there is not. She yells for a woman named Cindy. Lady comes around the corner (same lady I had asked to help me, before i found another NICE lady). She stares at me furiously. I said could you help me check out...? She rudely says I'm tHe cAsHiEr. I said okay.. no one was here, I wasn't sure... could you please help me? Angerly walks to the register and checks me out. Never giving them business again. If you hate your job this much, find a new one. Don't bring others down to make yourself happy.
