We used their load bank test service.For my company, I refreshed a 40KW generator long forgotten by previous personnel, when I found it in storage. The final test for the 1965 Onan genset with an early Magniciter, was a three hour test at rated output, which it passed easily, I’m happy to report, but not surprised.The two techs dispatched arrived at the appointed time and quickly began their test load setup. Making these arrangements was easy and courteously handled by staff! Also, pleasantly surprised to learn the senior tech, early in his career had worked for the Onan company. He was happy to see an old friend in my magniciter unit giving the junior tech and I some real world magniciter training. Plus, during the three hour run, he shared some history of the brand and assurance we likely will enjoy many years of use, even tho the paint is flaked. I was most appreciative of him being dispatched as well. Test finished, they gave a post run check, cleaned up the site and we parted, with me knowing I have found a valuable partner for all of my gensets.
