I just stopped in this place on my lunch break, thinking, why not. The lady inside was super nice and sweet but they also had an original retro game controller I was looking for, plus it was less money than I found it online for. Highly recommend checking it out if you're into gaming especially retro gaming. I don't come to Saginaw often but when I do I'm going to be stopping by, at the very least to chat with the friendly staff. Highly recommend checking here before going to replay.

First off, I never write reviews on here, so this is very rare and hopefully portrays that I truly mean every word I’m writing here. But this store has tons of selection for every system going back to the original Nintendo, Playstation, GameBoys, Xbox etc. (some of the vintage systems/games are still in original packaging too, it was incredible. Reminded me of being a kid in Toys R’ Us looking at all the gameboy colors at Christmas-time; hadn’t seen original GameBoy color packaging in 20-25 years.). They have systems, games, accessories, everything for almost every console/system you can think of. And it’s all affordable. I was looking at Switch games while having my original GameBoy repaired and the switch games were about $20 less than anywhere else I’ve seen including the Nintendo shop itself.Second, the customer service is absolutely fantastic. The owner was friendly, and more than helpful. I went in to get an old gameboy cartridge repaired (replacing the battery in a pokemon game needed for saving the game) and the owner was more than happy to drop what he was working on to do the repair and it was cheap ($10-12). Since I had found my old gameboy the nostalgia had kicked in so I wanted to get it fixed up. This place was perfect for those searching for childhood nostalgia in video games, they have literally everything. While he was doing the repair I shopped around and ended up picking up some additional gameboy games which were very reasonably priced. After I went home I noticed that the game I had repaired was still having issues and one of the games I had bought also had issues. The next day I went back and explained what was going on and he apologized for the game I bought having issues and immediately swapped it for a different one and let me boot it up in store to make sure there was no issues. He even took one of the gameboys he had for sale off the shelf to let me try it on there in case it was a gameboy issue. As far as the game I originally brought it, it turned out a chip was bad in there and not the battery, and before doing the initial repair he explained it was a possibly and asked if I still wanted the repair done just in case to avoid the repair charge. He did everything he could to help me, turned out the game I originally brought in is just junk now, nothing he could do but he tried everything in his power to help me. This is my favorite game store I’ve ever been in now. Selection is great, customer service is second-to-none, and prices are extremely reasonable. Great store that deserves the appreciation. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt this valued as a customer going into a store.

Needs to check their cartridges closer. It isn't even hard to determine if copies of newer pokemon games are fake and yet you still failed to do the most basic work involved.

First time shopping here and I found many items that I could not find anywhere else locally, and the prices were much lower. Once I’m finished with my current games I am definitely coming back. 10/10

After going to two other gaming stores looking for Nintendo switch games I ended up here. The selection of switch games was just about as large as game stops, I was impressed with the display as well. There is quite a few popular games at competitive prices, along with a vast selection of other gaming platforms and accessories. I recommend stopping in to see what they have to offer, might just be a hidden gem for you gamers out there ! I’ll definitely be back

Good Prices, Great Selection Of Retro Games, Been Here Multiple Times And Always A Good Deal On Something, I bought multiple consoles and games from here over the years, one of my first purchases from here was rainbow six black arrow for the orginal xbox years and years ago
