I went in today because I had an issue with my son's phone not working since a new update. Jaide and Zac went above and beyond to help be get the issue resolved. Helped me with troubleshooting and dealing with tech support. They even helped me go through my plans on my multiple lines of service to save me money. Highly recommend going to see these guys at this store if you need help with any and all phone issues.
