Teresa worked w us. Such a pleasure. The inventory was amazing. Prices that can't be beat. *I checked and they couldn't be matched ? they have it all from mattress to mirrors to beautiful sectionals... everything in-between. Great quality!!!The service was amazing. She knew the ins and outs of the floors and merchandise.We are proud new owners of a beautiful sectional. We definitely will be coming back for future pieces.

Had a great experience at this store. Tyler was such a help to us- patient and extremely knowledgeable- as we tried EVERY piece of furniture in the store! We were pleased to find a really nice selection of customizable furniture and ended up with a beautiful living room set in a pet friendly fabric. Highly recommend!!

The financing process was quick and easy. My salesman John was very friendly. He listened to what I was looking for and what I didn't want in a couch. He found one that's perfect. We were trying to find one that matched and existing loveseat with an odd color and we found a pillow similar so he helped with comparison. Becky at the desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was very quick at processing. She even went one step further and called the financing place to ask them any questions directly.

I'd love to tell you who I was greeted by, but I was never greeted or acknowledged by anyone in the store. I spent a solid 15 min walking around this poorly lit establishment. I feel like even if I found something I was interested in, I wouldn't confidently know if it would look good in my home. I honestly liked that building when I would walk in and was greeted by a 10' giraffe.

I had never been to Value City before and was greeted by a very friendly Mr. Rodney Ellison. I told Rodney what I was looking for and he explained the layout of the showroom so I could shop in peace without a “helicopter salesman”. Any questions I had he answered with great knowledge. Rodney was extremely professional and walked me through the purchasing process right up to the delivery details. If you’re looking for quality furniture go to Value City and ask for Rodney, you won’t leave disappointed!

Great experience, Rodney was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He let us shop without being shadowed (like some places) and come to him whenever we needed assistance. He worked with us on our order until after they closed to make sure everything was correct and accounted for.

Mr. Rodney was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with our furniture searching process. At no point did we get the vibe he was trying to be pushy. Rodney was great at helping us visualize the set up of our room and making sure we left satisfied customers. He is one of the best we have ever dealt with.

Walked into the store just to browse and ended up finding a couch we really liked. Amanda was a great help - she shared with us the details on the upcoming holiday sales. To get us the best deal, she readied our order in the system, so all I had to do was call her and place the order a few days later when the timing was right. She was so helpful and glad our paths crossed!

We lost out home to a house fire and we had to buy furnishing for the entire home. The ordering process was a breeze, Jennifer was amazing and so helpful. We were pretty excited about it all. However after money switched hands, service was horrendous. We were given a delivery date of 9/30 for all items. A week before delivery they called and stated that one of the beds would be a little later then expected because of issues in the warehouse. That wasn't an issue we could wait. Well the day of delivery gets here and I get a notification that they are 15 minutes out an hour later no delivery. I then call the store and I speak with Carlos, the manager. Carlos told me he would call me back once he figured out what was going on, 2 hours later still no update. I call the store again and speak to Carlos and he tells me that the truck broke down and they were looking to get a rental truck. Another hour later he calls and says the delivery will not happen because they cant find a truck to rent. I then take it upon myself to call enterprise, to which they inform me they have a 27ft trailer. I call Carlos back to inform him and probably 45 minutes later he calls telling me he called and spoke to the rep at enterprise and they did not have any trucks. AGAIN I call enterprise, and the gentleman told me that nobody has called about that truck other then me. I'm furious at this time because there is no need to lie about things. Carlos told me he spoke with the delivery guys and because of all the issues they would make an exception and get my items delivered to me Sunday afternoon. Well Sunday afternoon rolls around and guess what? NO DELIVERY! Why you ask? Because the company that does the deliveries doesn't work on Sundays, so Carlos lied to me AGAIN!Brian the other store manager did try to help deescalate the situation but was no better then Carlos when it came to the lies to cover the other lies they kept telling. I finally get my order and its MISSING 6 items, because they "forgot" to put them on the truck. When I called about it I spoke with Brian, and nobody was willing to fix the issues that were caused because they couldn't do their jobs correctly. So I wait another week to get the remainder of my items, to which YOU GUESSED it! 3 items MISSING AGAIN!I called the store and spoke with Madonna, she was AMAZING and super helpful, but she slipped even and said Brian never notated anything on our account about anything he was supposed to do. I've been told the remainder of my items will be on the truck for delivery the 21st, but I wont hold my breath for that.The delivery men were amazing though, they were so polite, and apologized for all the mishaps. Even told us that they never made promises for delivery on Sunday or Monday and they don't do anything those days. Which just shows me that Carlos and Brian don't know how to do anything other then lie through their teeth. I even tried contacting cooperate about the concerns, there response: "We don't deal with complaints here, you need to call the store manager." So we say okay but the issues are with the store managers so that wont help anything, and we were told, "Unfortunately there is nothing we can do other then give you this number to the assistant manager at that location." OKAY because the assistant manager is going to correct the behaviors of the STORE MANAGER right?"We decided that because we had to furnish an ENTIRE house, we would try to get the most bang for our buck. And the price of the furniture there is reasonable. Needless to say though after this experience, I will never be doing business with Value City again. Carlos and Brian need to be fired!
