11/10! These folks over at saginaw Value City Furniture are absolutely amazing! Not pushy, they help you find what you're looking for and they let you be until you are ready, they don't call you every 24 hours while your weighting out your options! We “sat” on the thought of a particular couch for almost 2 weeks after initially stopping in a few times to make sure its the exact one we wanted!
A special thank you and shout out to DeCarlo the best sales rep in the building, he went above and beyond to answer all of our questions thoroughly and from start to finish was a true professional in his expertise!
Also a major shout out to the sales managers who were just as great as our friend DeCarlo was! And even to the other sales reps in the building who recognized us each trip in and always welcomed us with a warm greeting!! As a young couple, VAF has now earned our business for a life time!

We came here looking for a new bedroom set and found one we loved! DeCarlo was our sales associate and he was helpful in answering our questions the first time we stopped in. We left the first time to confirm measurements at home. When we came back, DeCarlos was able to help us get the bedroom set ordered and financing set up quickly. We also met Carlos, the store manager, who was helpful as well. Overall it was a nice experience - the store was clean and free of clutter and we had the time to browse without it feeling pushy. Thanks again!

We had John as an associate and he was amazing! He listened to our needs and made sure that we got the furniture we wanted and worked with us on the price. Will for sure be back again the next time we need furniture

Tyler and John were very helpful in guiding and creating the sectional we have been looking for. They answered all of our questions, did not make us feel rushed, and did not make us feel pressured. Jasmine at the desk was friendly and explained the pick up process.

Takes months to actually get your furniture delivered, very frustrating. Delivery dates keep moving out and I’m not even alerted about the change. 3 months for delivery of lamps, ended up buying the same lamps on Wayfair and had them in 3 days.

Their stuff looks nice, but is very poorly made and they are very nice but don’t follow up to help with repairs/replacement. Have had to call many times and only make progress when I happen to get the right person on the phone. Otherwise I’m told they’ll call me back but they don’t. Just purchased a few pieces about 2 mos ago and already two have broken (recliners) and required repair.

The store and workers were fine, however the item we have ordered has been delayed again, it’s been three months of us waiting for our recliner and have paid for it already and today we just got a phone again that it’s been delayed. Had we known it would keep being delayed we wouldn’t have paid for it up front. First date was Oct 15, than Nov, 15, and now Dec 11th. I am tempted to request our money back and move on to something else. Very disappointing…
