“I grew up with Wanagas Credit Union. My dad retired from GM and my mom from Local 699; right next door to the Bagley Street location. I've personally been a member for 30 years; financing every automobile I've purchased through Wanagas.Recently, there was a discrepancy on my credit report that took place during the merger with Financial Plus. After several attempts to correct this with the credit bureau; I contacted Linda Ramon. She gave me the information needed to get the physical credit report which I mailed it to her. Linda corrected the report within 24 hours. I needed this corrected because I was in need of a consolidation loan to free up cash flow. My credit score went up 160 points within 48 hours. Thank you Linda!After a couple of weeks I was ready to apply for that loan. Linda put me in contact with Vicky Lawson. Vicky was just as polite, professional and considerate as Linda. Vicky was laser focused gathering all the information needed. Because we were on different schedules she kept in contact with me via email throughout the entire process. Vicky secured the loan for me start to finish within a couple of days. This was a huge relief for me. A heavy burden has been lifted off my back. “Good customer service. I like the Washington branch. Treasa the manager always goes above and beyond for all of my family members!! The things I don't like that should be fixed. When depositing money through the ATM it should be automatically in your account. But they put a hold on your money.I think the app should be able to transfer money to family. Other then that they are great!!”

“I grew up near this bank (back then a NBD) and my family continues to be loyal now as Chase clients in our respective cities/states. Although, I don't live in town I had to stop in today for my mom. Spencer was awesome, he greeted me at the door, called me by name and said, "your mom just called and I'll be happy to help you". He quickly updated info and fixed any erroneous information with a smile + genuine conversation as he plugged away on his computer. Honestly, I wasn't anticipating this additional stop during an all too ambitious schedule prior to my departure from Saginaw, but his willingness to help out in a pinch and hospitality actually made this unforeseen "task" a pleasure. “I was hacked by a company/individual l have never heard of and l reported it to United Financial CU, l was told to come to the office where they took my information and had me sign some paperwork for their investigation team. Within 7 business days they had resolved my issue and the money was replaced back into my account! Very pleasant staff to work with.”
