The Underground Railroad Resale is my favorite resale shop in Saginaw! I always find great items at amazing low prices compared to any other resale shop in the area. Their store is clean and organized and their staff is always friendly! Plus the proceeds go to support a great cause! It’s a win- win! If you haven’t checked them out, I highly recommend that you stop in. 10/10

What a grimy dusty broken down store and the displays are creepy wall hangings of clothes that look from 20 years ago, the walls have peeling paint and the floors are dirt gray, my boyfriend was stared at like he was stealing when he dropped a shirt and hung it back up, a lady with red hair circled twice, no offer to help for find dress pants, so we left.

My favorite thrift store in the Tri-cities! Always a friendly, kind staff member working behind the counter. The prices are great! I never leave empty handed!

Kids Books are very thrown together. Everything is picked through. The kids books and younger kid books are all on a 8ft wall of picked through books. Overpriced. Probably won't return to this store to shop again good cause but bad store.

Overall, this is good place to thrift. I've thankfully only encountered helpful and pleasant staff. You can catch some really good deals, but a lot of things are overpriced considering things are donated and used. Some things definitely should not be on the sales floor due to condition/cleanliness. However, if would help if people didn't donate their garbage. The store is clean, well organized, and easy to navigate as a disabled person. I do wish they were open a little later. But overall, it's probably the only thrift store worth going to in the area.

Nice store, but the nicest items were damaged, and the showcase area was a bit overpriced, charging full retail with tags reflecting the “eBay price”. This isn’t eBay, it’s a thrift store.

The manager, assistant manager whoever she is was not very nice.. I took in 2 garbage bags full of mostly summer clothes, some still with the tags on, total worth about $1200.00.. All she had to say to me was next time drop off is on the side of the building.. No thank you or anything.. I was there last month and dropped off $480.00 worth of jewelry, no one told me where to drop off.. Plus, I saw none of that jewelry out..Not so sure I'll donate to them in the future.. Rudeness is a big no no to me..
