My alignment needed to be checked and the Bay City location could not do it. They sent me to Saginaw and Drew was helpful and kind. He took me right in, talked to me about my concerns and took care of my issues. The service was quick and they were very helpful.

Please take your car here for repairs! The manager Joe gives excellent customer service and will explain everything thoroughly. James serviced my vehicle and did an amazing job. Ian at the front desk is friendly and courteous.
I got my rear brakes and several other repairs done at Tuffy. I then took my car to get a free tire rotation and balance at a different car repair shop. The other shop bent the wheel stud and cross threaded the lug nut while attempting to do my tire rotation and balance. Tuffy fixed it and didn't charge me! Thank you for your excellent service! I will be back again.
