I switched my phones over after trying T-Mobile Internet. I worked mostly with Monica Kinney. she was great. My experience with the whole staff was great ( Payton, and Chris ). My service is good and reception is good too

I’ve been waiting 3 days to port a number and activate an iPhone 14. On day 1 I was instructed to come back because the trade in system on their computer was down. Came back on day 2 and the phone I had requested was sold. They ordered my phone in store and said it should be shipped in a few days and to bring it back in to activate. Phone arrived in 2 days. Brought the new phone in to activate and port. Left the new phone and current phone in store for an hour to activate and transfer my info. Came back at 7pm to pick up the phone, and the representative told me they came across an error. Sat in the store until they were ready to close for them to tell me they couldn’t activate the phone that was delivered. The rep told me that she would have to try to activate a new phone but I would have to pay a restocking fee for the phone that was ordered. I told her I would come back when a manager is available because I am not paying to restock an item that was ordered in store. Now it’s day 3! I have been sitting in the store for 1 1/2 hours because they want to try to activate the phone that was ordered instead of giving me a new phone. They have the worst customer service! One star is too many!

Women beware ! Walked in for a Wi-Fi box . The white guy swore I needed an app I never needed before .. took my phone (which I was not there for) to the back for 15 minutes even returning throwing my phone in my face to put in the code while he held it I felt so uncomfortable… the he disappeared to the back AGAIN. I feel uneasy because he LIED about me needing the app and I have ne idea what he was doing with my phone for so long (I already downloaded it he acted like he needed to set up the app). Now my phone has been saying no sim detected every since and my phone was never a problem. Literally drove across the country with no issues and 2 weeks now after handing this man my device my phone has been without services 50% of the day. Wish I never went here I feel violated like my phone was copied.

This place is a joke. I hate coming here for my business nobody is ever willing to help. I normally would have never went here but ever since the bay road store closed it forces me to go there. If anyone is reading this don’t waste your time here they are consider corporate location but only care to slam stuff on you instead of helping. T mobile needs to bring back Bay road and shut down this store instead.

Not exactly the most honest people in the world. I switched and brought mine with, when I went to switch back to my other carrier I almost couldn't get my number back. After 2 days and 9 hours of fight, I finally got it back. They gave me a signal booster, and I gave them $25. If I returned to signal booster back, they would give me my $25, but I can't get it back. The booster doesn't work on t-mobile devices. It's so stupid that the service doesn't work and had to pay a bunch of money just to return to what I had. Very helpful people at not knowing anything what work's and what doesn't.
