I had the worst experience at the store on bay rd in saginaw I went to return my old equipment and had 14 people infront of me, I literally waited almost 2 hours befor being seen ??? it's a joke to have to wait that long to drop off some equipment. I will never in my life go back and stand inside that place .... if I could id give it a negative 100 stars hands down thee worst costume service ever ?

Terrible place to be if you don't have to. Atrociously bad customer service. I dont believe any of the other 25 people there with me at that moment that day left feeling treated kindly. Seems to be a lot of people who hate their jobs.

I canceled and because I did not call and I just sent in the equipment and paid my last bill they are now trying to charge me for months of service where they have my equipment and I didn't use service I'm with AT&T and they're much better way better deals also the internet for charter is the worst there equipment is trash just go to a better internet company just my opinion

I went in figuring that was the best way to get service (before the end of the year). They said it might be the 11th before they could get to me... it's the 16th. I don't think they intend to call me at all. Evidently they don't want any new customers.

The last tech my husband talked to went above and beyond. We finally got the problem fixed. We had to go to Saginaw to get the part. Didn't appreciate that.

Took 15 minutes to return a xumo. Then find out I'm being charged for a TV package I never signed up for. This place is ridiculous.

It was a 20 minute wait to get helped, quite a line.On Google the location is totally wrong, it's outdated by about 10 years, I found the store by accident.
