Salesman was helpful and knowledgeable. He was there by himself and had to wait on us and another family of 4. I think if he had help it would have been a bit better. But at the same time it took his attention off of us at times to give us some time and space to discuss. Very expensive, I hope it's worth it. Got to use a discount code from my nephew which alleviated 20% of the cost since he referred us. He was supposed to get some rewards too. I hope to update after we get the bed. We got a half split king with heated feet option. Pillows and bedding. It cost just over $8,000. The app can help you get rewards. We hope to utilize those to get the kids nice pillows from sleep number.Lots of options for beds and pillows.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not, I repeat do not shop here!!! They will push you into signing up, lie about the warranty, lie about the promotions and promise you a 100 day trial, while failing to mention the non refundable base. Then when you call to get help you are always sent to the 1800. No questions answered or assistant after a $10,000 purchase. Very much a ring you up and forget you existed. Avoid Brandon and this whole mess of a company!Please save yourself the headache and shop online. If you want a quality adjustable checkout Saatva!

This has bin the worst experience I have ever bin threw I bought a living room set on January of 2023 n went back to the store in June of 2023 n with the back n forth with waiting on phone calls that they never returned n my self going to the store nothing has bin done to fix the problem so it’s now February of 2024 n still nothing I dew not recommend this store to no one n the staff was very unprofessional those pic r after they send there upholstery person to fix one problem n he messed up the fabric n now there is holes on all the coach it’s just horrible

SAVE UR SELF SOME TIME U CANT RETURN THE BASES FOR THESE TERRIBLE BEDS OUT 2500$ WHEN U BUY SLEEP NUMBER UR STUCK People there are nice and helpful but the bed is just a glorified air mattress randomly adjusts in the middle of the night has a awful system of holding the bed in place sheets will always fall off if u don't use their 300$ sheets very uncomfortable to hold ur partner when sleep #s are at different levels the foot warmer is nice buy by the time it warms up ur already asleep my average sleep score is 28 for the month

My girlfriend and I had a Casper mattress that was long overdue for an upgrade, so we stopped into Sleep Number hoping to snag some black friday deals. We were not disappointed. From the start, Brandon was so great. Taking us through the process, learning a lot, offering info on products but not pressuring us into anything. Really it couldn’t have been a better experience, so extra thanks to Brandon for that. We ended up with a fantastic mattress, sheets and 3 pillows for less than the bed would be normally. With the financing option, a big purchase won’t be a big deal at all. Haven’t received our bed yet, but it was a great experience so far.

Jennifer was a wonderful salesperson....she took her time and gave us all the options! She was really knowledgeable. Unfortunately we didn't get delivery when we were told but was totally compensated by Brandon another great salesperson!!! All I can say is they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied!!! I really loved there customer service.

Our sales rep was Hannah. She was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. She went through everything in detail, pillows, bedding and removal of our old bed. We are sure to love it! Thank you Hannah and Sleep Number!

This review is about store, I have not received the bed yet..Store looked inviting from outside. Entering the store it was clear they sold beds they were spaced with a nice pathway’s to get around. I was meant by Jennifer sale associate, she took me through all the different beds with their differences. I tired 4 different beds never felt pressured to hurry and buy now. We did get to the best mattress they offered. After trying the beds Jennifer asked the bed I liked best? She wasn’t surprised that I didn’t choose the newest most expensive bed. I did have to think about the bed. I called later that evening and we ordered it, the biggest surprise she got me a nice discount on the bed. I was very impressed by her! She also told me that “ the bed I’m getting we’ll feel different as it’s not been laid in” the number we came up with in store may change a bit. I look forward to receiving my bed. Oh yes she told me the bed would need to be ordered and delivered I wouldn’t get it fast. Mine delivery date was 10 days from ordering. I’m waiting patiently. 5 stars from me!

They were very helpful and very knowledgeable with helping us pick out a bed that was right for us. We were able to take our time and try out each bed they have in store! Definitely recommend!

By the way I love sleep number beds it’s my second bed..I don’t like being lied to..so I will get to the point,,the lady told me my monthly payments will not be as much because I told her I don’t want to be paying a lot for a bed monthly..so she said don’t worry it will be around alittle over $100 a month..so I found out my payments are $381 monthly..I didn’t realize it until they the credit company called me that I was late with payments..mind you I set my automatic payments for $150 before I received my first bill..so I didn’t pay attention..so I immediately called sleep number and told them the situation and they told me the lady at the store knew what my payments would be and she should had told you the exact amount but never did plus it wasn’t even on the paper I signed..so what I recommend is make sure they tell you what your payments are before you leave and if it’s not what your budget is then go somewhere else until you find what you want..I like the bed but not the lie..I will never go to this store again for anything..I will just order online if I need something

I decided to stop at the Sleep Number store after ordering 3 bed in a boxes the last few years. My husband and I could never agree on the comfort of the mattress. I called to confirm location and if they were open, Hannah answered and was so nice. I arrived shortly after and she greeted me and assisted me, she was very professional and was concerned what we were looking for and our needs. Plan to spend about an hour here testing each bed to find out what works best, and get the full experience. My husband was able to stop in later that afternoon to test out, as both of us could not get there at the same time. We put our order in, although we have not received our bed. The instore experience was top notch and Hannah is the best of the best! Looking forward to getting our bed next week! We went with the i8 flex top king and the adjustable base.
