Was there at 1pm on Saturday August 17th and lady was very rude and had an attitude toward the children that were with me . I believe her name was Sarah. Will not be going there again and wouldn't recommend bringing children there . Very rude and ignorant

The manager yelled and made my daughter cry while we shopped for school shoes as I was helping my other child. Then when I went to go talk to her she was spotted running to the back room like a coward. I will never purchase or step foot in this establishment again. She was racist.

Third time I've been to the store and there's a note on the door saying they are opening at 11:00 even though the website says 10. I called said they are extremely understaffed with two people in the store very unprofessional do not recommend go somewhere else. I drive from Bay City and this is a huge inconvenience. Do better

Said they opened at 10am I waited 30 mins for them to open seen multiple employees walk in not one person said they “changed” their hours just to go up their to find out they don’t open until 11am if they are changing hours then they need to update it on google as well

Usually have good selection of shoes in my size in store or on line. Sales staff friendly and store is kept neat.

Website says store opens at 10 at 1045 all lights are off and no one is around please update your hours it's not that hard
