Best experience ever buying a new car! Our sales guy Sam Kaczynski was super knowledgeable , efficient ( fastest smoothest experience at any car dealership we have ever experienced) , showed us buying a hybrid would not be worthwhile in savings for us with not much city driving and so saved us big $$.
We appreciated Sams honesty, advice and friendly fun demeanor, he is passionate about cars and driving in general, so it really was a pleasure to meet and buy from him.
Absolutely love the Rav4 he sold us, he patiently showed us all the tech and how to use it and we averaged 35 mpg on the first 100 miles we put on it yesterday. Certainly did not need the hybrid we were set on when walking through the dealership doors.
So if you are on the market for Toyota ask for Sam - he wont steer you wrong.

Absolute scam of a service department. Do not take anything to these clowns. They said my issue wasn't covered, but Bay City dealership said it is and they are going to handle it from here. Also said they weren't surprised the Saginaw location put forth such little effort to do a little research.

Found the exact Tundra me and the wife were looking for. Reached out and got linked up with Chris. Due to being a couple hours away Chris coordinated majority of the deal over text, which was appreciated. This was my first truck purchase and I was happy with the process. I felt like I was given a fair price and staff were friendly and honest. Josh sold me some warranties and was also a pleasure to do business with. Overall good experience.

I'm giving a 3 star review. I had a great experience with Patrick <3 my problem was the 3 hr wait and being skipped over when I had a 5pm appointment and these people I was skip for didn't have an appointment. Tessa the fiance manager was really disrespectful about the whole thing and blaming everyone but not taking any of blame and the sales manager yelling at Patrick in the middle of the store was really disrespectful and honestly embarrassing! Patrick was just trying to see why we were skipped when it was already 2 hrs of waiting. We were there past closing! I loved working with Patrick but these other 2 were not the best experience I've had! And I don't get upset very easily and waiting these 3hrs really pissed me off. I've been waiting since Friday because of the hack thing that happened and I understand what happened wasn't in there Control and they had to type everything out! I appreciate that. Just the way we were treated really pissed me off

I went with my daughter-in-law to sign all her paperwork for her new vehicle. Patrick was great (we have been his customers before) but the level of service from others was completely unacceptable. We had a 5 pm appointment, someone was in signing their paperwork when we arrived, so a minor wait was expected. The problem occurred when the finance person , I believe her name is Tessa, skipped over our 5 pm appointment time to help 2 other people. While we were waiting, Our salesman went to speak to a member of management about why we were skipped and that manager started yelling and acting very ignorantly about the whole situation. After a 3 hour wait, which put us there past closing. We finally got into the office for the 10 minutes worth of paperwork. She continuously blamed others for the reason for the delay. We were in the building the whole time and knew exactly what had happened. She failed to pre read the paperwork and didn't have everything prepared when she should have and chose to put other unscheduled persons before our appointment. Again. We had a Great experience with Patrick , but the others whom we had to deal with made the overall transaction sour me on Serra. I do know about the hack into their system, we appreciate everything was being done manually. The issue was the lack of respect for our time being that we had an appointment.

By far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Adam and the rest of the team were great to work with. No markups or high pressure tactics. A very fair deal for my trade as well. Loving my new Camry! Highly recommended!
