Was there to drop off Amazon return. Customer service was slow. 2 people working, one clerk had a Customer for about 20 minutes. Second clerk would leave the counter, very slow.

my favorite Sephora location! despite this one not being the biggest location, it meets all of my needs and the staff here always greet me and make me feel so well taken care of!! Love the girlies here sm and would rather shop at no other location!! helped me find the perfect blush for my fair skin when i was first getting into blushes (Orgasm X by Nars if you were wondering) and they always makes me feel like family when i come in??

I was there for 45 mins I needed a color match not one person came up to me and asked me if I needed help. It’s like no one worked there. First time there and I will never return.

Went in planning to spend about 500$ on new makeup wanted new foundation for winter color new eye liners and eyeshadows just all new for winter anyway I tried asking for help cause I wanted to try a new setting spray and the two girls that were there were too busy gossiping behind the counter so I put it all down and walked out hope y'all don't work on commission

10/17/21 I went to purchase a space heater at Saginaw location Kohl’s, there were none in stock so I ordered one on their kiosk to avoid shipping costs & to use coupons that expired that day. I encountered trouble using the kiosk so Mary Beth eagerly helped me to complete my order, she was very helpful & courtesy. Great customer service, much appreciated!

watch your receipts.. picked up several sale items and was charged ref price, also the cashier double scanned a few items as well? I do not reccomend this Kohls store. very sloppy, and not priced correctly.
