“Staff was helpful and quick to checkin/out. They have cameras all over but did not see one that points at front desk or alerts employees that someone is waiting. Truck rented had 133k hard miles on it, clunked, made lots of noises. Inside of cab was not cleaned in sometime. Overall Bay Rd Uhaul has been here my entire life and will continue to use them for rental needs.”
