“Everything setting up the account was straight forward and the receptionist on the phone was great and personable, the facility access as easy and the information emailed was accurate and easy to follow. The facility is clean, well lit and signed very well. Price is cheaper than other facilities in the area that I was able to check. The facility is even temperature regulated which I don't need but it's still cheaper with that option than the competition. All in I'm totally satisfied.”
“This storage unit is easy to work with and has a really useful website. I get automatically emailed an invoice bi-annually (you can choose your payment frequency) and can opt into insurance for my unit. It's easy to pick a unit as they have map on their website. The units are clean and spacious, no water leakage in the units and it feels very safe with big lights on at night and cameras everywhere. The few times I needed to call the office staff, they were super nice and happy to help me. Prices are fair and fall right in line with other storage units in the area.”

“The process to set up the unit was great and checking out for the most part was easy. They made everything simple and the customer service was good. I enjoyed the facility having all the units inside a building, lots of space, and pretty maintained. I like the access buttons on the app and how easy the app is. The prices kept skyrocketing over the 2 years I had the unit and ultimately became the reason I moved out and went to a different company. I moved back home from Saginaw, MI and would've moved to a Cubesmart closer to my area, but the prices was ultimately why I chose another company.”
“Reserved a rental truck. Went to pick it up but they were closed. Called the number on the sign and found out I requested the wrong date. The guy said he had one on site & would come meet me. Found out he's the owner. Fantastic customer service. I'll never go anywhere else.”
“Cindy at Bee Safe Storage is absolutely wonderful she is so happy and helpful. I cleaned out a couple storage units she gave me and I had some problems with my health, she gave me extra time to get all the stuff moved. Such a wonderful person and very friendly. “Update. I went to go get my stuff out of storage and it had rat poop all over it. They were nice but my stuff in the storage is ruined. But they still want me to pay. Don't use them unless you are only using the service for a couple of days. Anything longer will result in your belongings being destroyed. And they don't care either.”
“John Cielma the gen. Mgr of key west storage was amazing and so so helpful!!! The pricing was very affordable and the storage was clean and dry. I really liked having access to the storage whenever I needed and know it was safe. The area and the safety was not a concern everything went to well and all my things were safe and sound. I would recommend ten times over and again the manager John was amazing, helpful and he alone was a reason I will go back if ever needed and also let people know to go there to use their facilities.”
