This place is amazing!! Very clean and upbeat with a staff that is very knowledgeable. The owners are amazing and have really turned this place around. The director, Casandra Flores-Jackson is very accommodating and will alway make you feel like you are part of their family.Don’t mess around with them other clubs in Saginaw. This place is the real deal and has everything you need.

This gym is awesome. Much better then planet fitness. Always keeps equipment clean, and the staff is super nice and friendly. Especially Logan and Cassandra! Great people and great personal trainers. Best gym and works with you on contracts. So glad me and my husband found this gym! Very nice interior and the building looks very nice.

Really chill front desk crew!! Everyone has always been super nice, and they seem to personally know every member that comes in here. I'm in more in the afternoon, and there's never a whole lot of people around that time, but it works out super well since I never have to wait for a machine or a certain set of free weights. I really like the new equipment they got down in the weight room recently too!!

As an independent autistic man, I've never felt more personally disrespected by a gym's "professional," staff, or patrons. These people went out of their way to make me feel unwelcome, such as by playing Beck's "Loser" when I would walk in to the gym. The first time, yeah okay maybe a coincidence; by the third morning in a row, it was abundantly clear what was happening. And no, when I say "its hot out" during the 90 degree summer days, thats not an invitation to say "thank you." I just wanted a place to lift weights in solitude; this place failed to deliver.First, the entrance is strangely cumbersome for a gym. As a man in winter, you must climb stairs, check in, descend stairs, drop off coat/etc., then climb or descend stairs again depending on what you're doing.Now, on to the weight lifting facility itself. It's got the atmosphere of a dungy basement because that's what it is. Very small and cramped. No area for stretching, so I'd stretch on the turf field. The turf field always was filled with smashed Skittles, dustballs, hairballs, and other such debris. Filthy and disgusting.Mirrors were constantly broken and being replaced during my time as a member. Many of the cable machines and leg machines looked to be from the 1980s. Plates were rusted. Bench foam was worn, tattered, and patchy. The cable machines were janky and needed to be wiggled and shimmied at just the right angle - a big hassle, in other words, just to adjust the weight. You'd have to almost guess where the hole was for the weight you were attempting to insert the peg into. Free weight benches are difficult to adjust. Weight clips were rusty and difficult to put onto barbells. Barbells were located in a busy and cramped area. Dumbbells were often disorganized.Locker room, men's, always had an unpleasant odor - no, it wasn't me, but I'm sure I didn't help. (Just kidding, I shower and use deodorant). Some of the "lockers" had their doors off the hinges. Also kind of wished this gym had more public-area lockers - I just need a place for my keys and hoodie and could do without the naked old showering men just to do that.$50 for an hour of "virtual golf" is just ridiculous.They vacuum the floors and lazily swipe surfaces with rags. Cleaning supplies are left out in the open and are stored on random folding tables, apparently. Just disorganized and messy.The treadmills were okay. That's about it. Even the drinking fountains here are outdated. No easy refill unit, you gotta tip your bottle on its side like its 1999.The bottom line:There are better quality and value gyms in Saginaw. SAC is "Discount FSZ" but the $5 less a month is not worth the loss of quality. Coop's might be a little pricier but it's clean, lively, convivial and modern in comparison. This place is dusty, smelly, grimy, second-rate, overpriced, and distinctively unfriendly towards autistic people.

Dennis Royal is the real deal in terms of coaching. I played college tennis and grew up in Saginaw. I wished I had a good coach like this in Saginaw when I was growing up. I have never been more optimistic about Saginaw tennis. If you or your child want to improve your tennis game Dennis is the man to do it.

I play tennis. People at the front desk are super nice and cooperative. Zero negative complaints, only positive experiences. Clean locker rooms and tennis courts which are also heated.

Saginaw Athletic Club has no decency for customer experience and will try and rip you off with increased membership rates and hidden clauses. Cassandra Flores-Jackson, their director, has continued to be rude and unwilling to work with me to resolve an issue about our contract. She threatened to have SAC's Lawyers come after me and tried to make me believe that I signed an annual agreement and that I owe them a years worth of membership. I would never recommend anyone to join Saginaw Athletic Club, you are much better at any other gym.

I only used their indoor soccer ground. It was good and we really enjoyed. They locker room facility is also good.
