Couldn't even get through on the phone to an agent or representative. I got transferred to the Spanish line twice and got hung up on two other times. Worthless.Edit: yeah, I can tell you don't want to pay anyone to answer the phones and you want everyone to go to the website. I was told that about twice before getting hung up on by your machine or transferred to the Spanish line. Maybe invest in an operator. Can't imagine how much business you've lost because customers can't even call.

You can’t even talk to a human being to find out if they except your insurance, or are on auto owners list. Maybe someone should be paid to answer the phone. Went somewhere else.

Buyer Beware! They do not live up to their warranty. Had a trucks windshield replaced and after a couple months had a stress fracture. Instead of standing behind their work they want me to submit another claim and have me pay my deductible again. I would have rather had the work done correctly and pay full price somewhere else than to deal with their back and forth.

Safelite was recommended by my insurance, so I went with it. They came out to my workplace, replaced my windshield in the parking lot. Everything looks great and it was extremely convenient! Didn't need to take time off or spend time in a shop waiting room. Mike was professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

This shop replaced my windshield. The rearview mirror was not fully functional upon return of the vehicle to me and mentioned it before leaving the shop. I did not satisfactually prove to the shop that they semi broke it. Why do I have to prove it? It was working before I brought it in. This shop did not do right by me.

The lady who manages the stores was very rude when I told her they broke the sensor on my car. They said they don’t approve repairs even when they broke it. Although corporate said they would. Don’t go here this is the second rude experience I have had. Poor work and didn’t make it right when they broke something.

Do not use Saginaw location. I had a new windshield installed and found out it leaked next rain. Mrs says they tested and it was good. Next rain same thing. $1000 in electrical damage.Took it in and manager says nothing she can do. Would not been hard for them to take customers seriously. Who wants to come in 3x and make up my windshield leaks. Who does that. I will say I have used Midland location 2x before same vehicle over years and they were flawless. Will not be using Safelite anymore especially in Saginaw.

First they installed a non-OEM glass that could not allow them to calibrate my safety systems. Then instead of just getting another piece of glass they had me drive the car without any safety systems for two weeks!. I did not feel safe in between time until they got the proper OEM glass and finally calibrated my vehicle. Next time I will just have my local glass shop install the proper glass then have my dealer do the calibration. Extremely dissatisfied!
