I honestly can't say enough good things about Runners. I was greeted by Michael when I walked in the door. He asked what he could help me with, I told him what I was looking for and he asked me if I was set on that brand or would I try others. He was so knowledgeable and patient with me while I shopped. It was some of the best customer service that I have ever had. I will return again for sure

I was in on 2/22 and I was waited on by Adonis. He took such great care of me making me feel at ease while trying on various shoes. He was patient with all my questions & made me feel so good about my shoe choices. I have been telling everyone how great my experience was and sending them there?

Walking down the hall at Delta College I saw a poster hanging on the wall, and as I read it every part of me was screaming, you can do it!!It was a poster for the Bay City Driathlon, and that moment my life changed. I told myself that I was going to cross that finish line running, or crawling, but I was going to race that race!!!However, there are some challenges that I must overcome. One being,FLAT FEET!!!Let me tell you first off, I am 5’ 11” and 240 lbs, I don’t run unless it’s to get the last slice of pizza out the box. I knew I needed shoes that were going to carry me across that finish line. I went to several shoe stores only to be helped with every answer but the right ones. Then I walked into RUNNERS and found a team of people that knew exactly what I needed! I asked for Bill Thompson, the owner, so I could explain to him my mission.Bill put his finger to his mouth, looked to the ceiling in thought, said,” hold on,” and brought 3 pairs of shoes BUILT FOR FLAT FEET.Yes, they make shoes for flat feet….And they carry several pairs!!For those of you living with flat feet I don’t have to explain. Those of you that don’t know, it really sucks and it’s painful at times. Having flat feet sucks!!So far I logged approx. 20 miles on a treadmill and working out in them, and let me tell you, my feet don’t hurt and I’m not getting shin splints. I hit 2 miles in a good hard run today, and if my body didn’t stop, my feet would have wanted to keep going….When I run, my feet are supported in ways they never have been before.Thank you RUNNERS!!!

Had the worse experience today. Customer service here is really bad. Had walked into the store before a customer sat down to be waited on. The associate never looked at me and my family' just took customer after me. I told the other associate who waited on us. That was extremely rude of her! She apologized, but it still left a sour taste in my mouth about the whole situation. And the person who waited on us was no better! The manager needs to hiring a whole new staff because. They were really good when they first opened now they have gone down hill

0 stars. At least 3 employees were working, we waited for about 10 minutes before leaving. Not one of them offered to help us while we were waiting by the shoe fitting area. One of them was on the computer the entire time and wouldn't make eye contact with me when I walked over to the desk/check out area, one walked right past us to the back without a word about us sitting and waiting, and one was helping the only other customer in the store. Seemed very rude and even a little acknowledgement would have went a long way.
