Never open even during "business hours ". Can't reach anyone by phone. No way to order scrubs online. I've tried 7 different occasions to get scrubs in the course of the last 3 years from this place, each time I've ended up going to Amazon.Hard to support small businesses, when small businesses can't be bothered.

I see quite a few negative reviews on here. I've never been here, but I don't think I'll ever go, because they don't like answering the phone either. I was trying to call ahead to see if they had what I need and I've gotten automatic voicemail twice, it doesn't even ring. That says a lot. This review is being written at 9:30 when their website says typically not busy, so that isn't the issue. First impressions are lasting.

How am I supposed to come get scrubs if most all doctors offices close at 5, seeing at most medical professionals will work until then and you guys close at 5-530 and are closed on weekend? Should really change your hours to be open when the customers you are aiming for are working when you are open and your closed when we aren’t working ??♀️

They don't take returns!! They told me there was nothing they could do because their suppliers aren't allowing it...weird that all other places are taking back returns. Seems strange they wont take anything back to follow "orders" but yet nobody was wearing a mask, which is an order. NEWSFLASH: COVID-19 isn't transmitted through clothes!! Won't be shopping here anymore.

Needed scrubs badly, nothing over a 2XL in womens. No one was at the front desk to say hello or ask if I needed help, only a sign that said ring the bell. If you're a size large or smaller this is your place, bevause they had good brands to choose from. I ended up walking out versus ringing a bell to disturb the employe/owner from whatever was so important they couldn't say good morning or hello.

The lady that was working was so uninviting and unhelpful, made me feel very uncomfortable. She stared at me the entire time I browsed. Very negative vibe in there!

This was my first time coming into this store. Both ladies were very nice and helpful. Nice selection of scrubs. I like the punch card as well. I will come back for sure.
