Very poor customer service by Pharmaceutical Tech Austin. He said he would keep a script for me to pickup at a later date because they were not able to fill. When I returned to retrieve my script he states he doesn't have it. It would be great if people's word ment something as it used to.

The pharmacy tech was at first kind of rude and stated the didn’t have my ex in stock the pharmacist made her go back and check to other local rite aids and check who had it in stock and call them. So thankful for the pharmacist, second the other pharmacy techs in the back couldn’t stop their outside gossiping and went on a ten minute rant of how her sister was in a car that was shot up and while being on her period and blah blah blah. Leave that for the lunch room!

At the moment (January 2, 2022) their appointments for drive-thru COVID testing are wide open, however I was warned that the results may take as long as 7-10 days. You swab your own nose with instruction from the tech. Make sure you pull into the lane closest to the building; COVID tests may not be sent through pneumatic tubes.

I love this rite aid. Every single employee is so friendly and helpful. Some of the items are way over priced but you're paying for convenience. The pharmacy is great here too! Never any long wait times. Matt is super friendly. Keep up the great work everyone.

The front end and pharmacy staff are such great people! They make sure to take the time to ensure that they get to know their customers and do everything they can to make sure their customers leave with exactly what they want and very happy!
