Nice store. Clean and usually well stocked other than season transitions. Pharmacist has been quite helpful with non pharmacy items and he's always been quite friendly. Some of the cashiers up front need to cheer up. They act as though it's a struggle to be there. Doesn't deter me from stopping there though.

Not sure what's happened in past two months here but I've had to make multiple trips call they got it done get there nope ran out of them leave they call me a hour later after I drove 40 mins to get there and 40 mins to get home to tell me they have them what a joke just very irritating. Glad gas is free to them.

I will never use the pharmacy at this location again. I went there for a prescription; they told me it would be an hour. I came back an hour later and now they won’t have it until tomorrow. I have strep throat- not really something that can wait until tomorrow. They didn’t even have the decency to call and let me know that it wouldn’t be in until tomorrow.Take your prescriptions to Meijer- they’re 100X better to work with.

I’m about a year now using this Rite Aid store and pharmacy. The employees are so very nice an always greet everyone with a friendly hello or have a nice day!The store is always clean! Now the pharmacy even on a busy day they take time to make sure you get what you need Mr Doug is my favorite (yes the girls are too lol) but his smile is contagious. He has helped me with the meds I needed he made sure I got them all. Like I said I just moved up here from Grand Blanc so this was a mess but Mr Doug an his team made sure I got everything I needed I now have my favorite Rites Aid store here!

The pharmacy manager is the rudest I've ever encountered. Twice I called her out and today I asked how to make a complaint and asked to have someone else wait on me. She freaked out both times I have been there for a covid test at 5050 gratiot rd. After waiting 15 minutes another worker waited on me. It's sad this pharmacy went downhill since the long term pharmacists retired. The worker refused to tell me her name so I can make a complaint. I will never be back as long as she is there with her awful customer service. Two incidents are bad enough. I see others are saying the same thing on these reviews.

Very kind staff. Store is always clean. Easy to stop in and pick up something quick. Busy just before dinner, but the cashiers do a nice job getting people in and put quick.

I refilled a prescription in the morning and when I went to pick it up after work they said they were slammed could I come back in an hour. So I went back the next day and their internet was down and they couldn't fill my prescription. Two days later I was pretty unhappy, and believe me that's only the beginning.Update weeks later: I just pulled up to pick up my prescription and waited a long time in line. They told me they ran out of this medication. They never called me. I'm sick of this place and will switch my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

The ladies in the pharmacy are so unprofessional and have no customer service skills. Everytime I come to this location I have a issue, weather over the phone or in person. I strongly advise another place.

The worst pharmacy... Lazy staff..... My pcp had to send refills twice with confirmations...rite aid denied it... Second time i had to go in and stand there so they would refill it... So lax... They don't care....

Rude pharmacist. Acted as though he had no desire to do his job. He was very pushy to send customer to another location for COVID testing.
