They helped my gfs and I out coming home from a road trip. Absolutely wonderful people shop and service! We cannot thank them enough for how well they treated us and got us back on road and safe again!

I was referred to this location because the State Street location closed. However, I set up an appointment scheduled for 8:00 AM. When I arrived and told the owner/Manager that I was there for my appointment, he stated, "Your appointment is cancelled". I couldn't believe this happened and I asked him "WHY" didn't he call me if he cancelled the appointment. He stated he didn't have my phone number, (which was not true, because I provided my phone number when I set up the appointment. And, he refused to check out/repair my car because he said it "snowed" and it was a liability issue for his employees!!! He stated he wasn't his brother several times during the conversation. He was extremely rude and belligerent!! This was my first and last time attending this location. This was the worse place ever!! I left and went to two other dealerships to get estimates on repairs. They didn't have a problem looking at my car because of snow!!

Took my truck in for a tonneau cover. Great service. Salesman took the time to show me all the options. 1 day to order and it was in the next day. Installed in less than 30 minutes free of charge. Super reasonable prices. Highly recommend for truck accessories.

Called to see if they could install some runningboards that I had purchased. Now I did not know that Redmonds only installs products that were purchased from them, which is perfectly reasonable, but they could've just said that. When I asked if they could install some runningboards that I had purchased and how much to install, the gentleman's exact words were, "I'm not even gonna get into that, we don't install used products." No kind tact, no respect, just blatantly rude. I most definitely do not recommend this business, for they pick and choose who they will and will not be polite to, if that's how they handle customer support, I can only imagine what type of care they would have for my vehicle, I'm guessing NONE. I definitely will never do business here, I prefer companies that provide a welcoming atmosphere as well as quality work and customer support, all of which Redmond's severely lacks. Redmond's did this. A truck broke down right beside them. The person there named Mike said they would get to it the next day. They couldn't look at it right then. Without any notice whatsoever they had the truck towed to an impound yard. Once you get in that nightmare, it's going to be hundreds of dollars to get it out. They knew EXACTLY what they were doing. They're scammers. And they're just going for the quick buck. You cannot trust them. Don't listen to the few people they take care of. You cannot trust them. Repeat YOU CANNOT TRUST REDMOND'S. DO NOT GO THERE. They'll tow your vehicle in a heartbeat, and leave you twisting in the wind while you try to scramble to get the cash to get it out.

Let me tell you! We got our rental van from this place...and it had holes in the speaker covers where the back end is, the brake lights wouldn't work, the seats are filthy with trash...and I found some money too. The brake is hard to push, the van itself smells terribly, and there are stains on the bench seat behind the passenger and drivers seats. Worst rental place ever! Even the ALIGNMENT is off!! WE HAD TO STOP MID ROAD TRIP FROM MICHIGAN TO FLORIDA BY CAR BECAUSE THE DANG THING HAD ENGINE CENSORS AND EVERYTHING ELSE GOING OFF.

We got our rental van from this place...and it had holes in the speaker covers where the back end is, the brake lights wouldn't work, the seats are filthy with trash...and I found some money too. The brake is hard to push, the van itself smells terribly, and there are stains on the bench seat behind the passenger and drivers seats. Worst rental place ever! Even the ALIGNMENT is off!! WE HAD TO STOP MID ROAD TRIP FROM MICHIGAN TO FLORIDA BY CAR BECAUSE THE DANG THING HAD ENGINE CENSORS AND EVERYTHING ELSE GOING OFF.

These guys are the best most honest repair shop in TC. Our Chrysler mini van was taken to BM (major dealer) because it kept stalling at the most unusual times and it happened consistently for about 18 months. We were give an estimate for $2150 from BM to replace the computer and the abs modual and some other things. We wanted a 2nd opinion, brought our van to John at Redmond and he diagnosed it as a totally different problem and a part that was faulty, the cost of which was only $90 + labor. WOW- what a difference in estimates - we thought perhaps we would still have the issue if they misdiagnosed it! From then on we never had an issue! It has been 2+ years of no stalling. We have brought our other vehicles here and company vehicles and have complete confidence in the Redmons! They are a class act! It's a family business with a passion for customer satisfaction and honesty. What's really cool too is they have loaner cars you can use while they diagnose your car. Oh by the way they don't charge to diagnose, whereas most other places charge! Thank you John and Dan and your whole team!
