Dr Laclaur was awesome, never had a issue with staff then all of a sudden a short amount of time before my visit. his biller contacted me saying auto had missed paying a $60 bill from months ago they missed. I contacted adjuster and he made contact with office to assuring payment. I was told during my confirmation of appointment call, that I would need to pay that $60 owed by insurance or I would no longer be seen. At that point I was pretty irritated that they waited last minute and even with guaranteed payment. So I went elsewhere.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I had a horrible experience with a dentist that left lasting damage to my teeth and psyche. Dr. Paul Lacair and his hygienist aka front desk lady made me feel safe and listened to all my fears/concerns, she even held my hand to make me feel safer. They are WONDERFUL with kids my DS use to have to sit on his dads lap. since my Late husband is no longer with us, this has not been an option for sometime. (a pediatric dentist would always want to put him under for a cleaning I never aloud it). He did great with Laclair’s office they made him feel safe and he sat by him self. AMAZING DENTIST AND STAFF!!!

I have been going here almost 5 years I have horrible lower back pain with inflammation and arthritis and also had carpal tunnel in both hands. Dr. LaClair is very hands on and does take care of every need or question I have he has helped me manage my back pain and also referred me to a awesome hand specialist to have my carpal tunnel surgery done he has a great personality that I feel anyone of his patients can get along with he is not a doctor who comes in says hi listens to you complain about this pain and that pain and says bye. He actually listens and puts a plan together to get you relief from the ailments you have he will spend as much time as you need with you to help you get better. I love him as my doctor and won't go any where else. Thanks Dr. LACLAIR YOUR THE BEST.

Dr. LaClair is great! Office staff not so much, some are nice except Cindy. Cindy sits at desk and Everytime I go there she has been rude to me. She needs to understand that the patients are what gives her a job. She is not professional at all. Office would be much better without her rude, unprofessional self there.

Paul Laclair is amazing if you can get to see him. The bay city off with new Dr Ortuz awful most humiliating appointment I have ever had. I have had 2 spinal surgeries n winter is hard for me. Dr. Ortiz did NOT care at all about me or my needs only DEA score. Because I didnt want to start some new pain med that I have not done any research on I had to go to addiction counseling because last February of 2019 I took more meds then I was supposed to n my count was off seriously. Winter and increased pain is what happens to me. I also questioned him on putting a spinal stimulator n I refused Dr. Ortiz was not happy that I said no to other meds that I need to research as well as stimulato I refused. Dr Ortiz did not care at all and treated me like a drug addict. I will never go there n do not recommend anyone who is truly looking to manage pain on an individual bases n not grouped together as an opioid problem n addict. Totally humiliated. So now I get to suffer more because I received NO meds at all.

The Office of Dr. Paul LaClair, is that of excellence in his staff, helping you help yourself. These professionals are great people who all work so well together. I can say I trust my Dr. & have never said that before, until meeting Dr. Paul LaClair. This man's professionalism helped me find a stronger me. There is a pop machine by the elevator to the 3rd Floor. Push button door opener handicap accessible. Trust me, your problems will be less with the experience in helping you become more independent. Therapy room across the hallway. A waiting area with 2 loveseats situated near the elevators. A comfy waiting area after checking in at the right side of the windows. Sit comfy while reading a magazine or watch tv. Dr. Paul LaClair and his staff are doing wonderful work for everyone. I found my best with an awesome Dr. with excellent staff. Know some of you have constant agonizing pain sitting there. Go to therapy & learn to do stretches to help in the long run. Individual advice for each patient has worked for all under Paul's care. Leave with a smile because the friendly staff provide smiles as well. Find better with Dr. Paul LaClair.

I have had two appointments with this office. In the first one, I was scared of being labeled a "drug-seeker" because I don't even like to take Tylenol. I was assured that would not happen. Dr. LaClair offered 3 pain pills a day for my bicep tendonitis, but I asked only for one a day in case they made me sleepy. He told me if they worked and I needed more than that, to call the office. I found I did, so I called the office. I was made to feel like a criminal for even asking. I took two a day just to function at work. On my follow-up appointment, of course I was out of pills. I then got spoken down to by TWO nurses and the doctor. They made me feel like a petulant child. The doctor even said "What are you going to do if I perscribe more pills?" ,and I had to answer take as perscribed like I was 4!!! I was depressed for days after this visit and lost 15 lbs due to not eating because I was so depressed.
