I've been having my oil changed at this facility for more than 7 years and today was the first time that I really thought about never returning to this establishment again. The guy was not friendly nor welcoming as I sat outside the door while he looked at me for awhile before lifting the gate for me to enter. I had to actually got out of my car and signal to the man. It seemed as if he didn't really want to change my oil, like I was disturbing him. I felt unwelcomed and he won't be changing my oil again. At the end of the process...I had to ask for my new sticker to be placed in my window when I know a new one comes after each change. Horrible service today

We waited for a while the guy was finish with the car im front of us. The guy's are there to get a paycheck. Not to worry about the customers. We left!
