Would give it 0 stars if I could. Walked in there and they said they could change 4 tires and be right to it, waited for 1.5 hours and my truck wasn’t brought in. In fact the manager had a call as I finished my paperwork and happened to be his buddy wanting an alignment, and he ended up letting him skip in front of me. Was told it was first come first serve. Not the case.

I’ve taken my car there several times over the years and it’s amazing and refreshing how honest and quick they are. Everybody there is nice and knowledgeable. I rarely feel like I can trust auto places but I always feel good about going to these guys.

Excellent Service, super personable people, great all around experience!
I havr a wheelbarrow tire that needed a tube, so I called Monroe to see if they could help ... the new manager was patient with my questions and told me to stop in and they'd take care of it.
It didn't take much time at all, especially without an appointment.
With any future tire or service needs, I'll check with Monroe first!

My complaint about a recent experience through Monro Tire and Auto at 8150 Gratiot Rd, Saginaw, MI 48609.
I financed my tires, wheel sensors, and the installation fee through tire agent online.
After i get the notification my tires are delivered I first call to see if I need to make an appt and the phone person was kinda rude and acted like it was a stupid question.
Okay fine I don't need to make an appt
My fiancee goes to have the tires put on, first they put them on and don't put my 4 new sensors they only put one on, so they had to take the tires off again to put the sensors on. Then they charge him another almost $150 for an installation fee when I had already paid for that through tire agent. So my fiancee leaves and asks me, "I thought it was all paid for" I said everything except for tire disposal should have been. So we have to drive all the way back in which we live almost 40 mins away one way for them to put in a refund. The guy laughs about it calls my fiancee "a boy" and so unprofessional. I ask him when he weirdly just takes a picture of my receipt on my phone, and says he will handle it, " so how long does it normally take should I call next week if I don't get it?" And he laughs again and says no no it will be today or tomorrow. I say oh okay cool. Well today is Friday(originally it took place on wednesday) and I call back and speak to someone else not the same guy, who acts like it is ridiculous that I would call back so soon. I am really disappointed in every aspect of this transaction and it's hard even being comfortable with knowing if he put the new sensors I bought on or the old ones back on. I'm not sure where the miscommunication is between you guys and places like tireagent but I feel if a business can't handle keeping things straight either ask for the proof from the customer or don't do them at all because this has been a headache every step of the way and has cost me extra money I didn't have. 10/10 don't recommend this place.

New crew is amazing! Steve and his guys go above and beyond for you, they also do not try to upsell or pressure you into things you don't need, their honesty is amazing! I will definitely be back for everything! And they have a spot for the kids!!

Been coming here for repairs and maintenance for 10+ years because I feel like they’re upfront and never trying to get one over on me. Just got new tires and an oil change on this last trip and the new manager, Steve, really helped me out. The service is what keeps me coming back to this place.

The guys there did an amazing job mounting tires on some really expensive performance wheels I brought in. No marks from the tire machine on the inner and outer lips, or inside of the barrel. This is the fourth set of expensive wheels I have dropped off there and have never had any damage during mounting. Great job as always!

I will be back Travis took care of me and got my wife back on the road with urgency less than a hour didn't even make it back home. I dropped a tire off for repair for her Passat. I will be back for tires for my 2500HD and Hummer.

I arrived to have my tires replaced but had lost the key for the locknut. Roy and his team went above and beyond to find a solution. 10/10 will always come here to do business. As long as Roy is here, they've got me as a customer.

Got my oil change there yesterday, On the way home my oil light came on. Got home and found out that I'm 3 qt low on oil. This never happened until they have the new manager in charge. I've been a study customer for 3 years looks like I'm going to have to find another automotive repair shop
