“I dropped my phone and it shut off and wouldn't turn back on, two other shops wouldn't work on my Google pixel, Verizon told me I would have to send it in and get a replacement.Charlie told me, "nah I gotchu, come back tomorrow."He lent me a loaner phone so I could still text and get phone calls, and my phone was fixed and ready the next day. It needed a new battery and a couple other things, less than 50 bucks and it was the best customer service I have ever received.”

“5 stars!!! Great place to experience customer service on a different level than most. I had the pleasure of working on my issue with Joe. I believe to be the manager at this location. Joe was able to help me through a very bad billing issue. I did NOT get credit for a phone we had turned in. Which in return made our bill close to $300.00 more than it should have been. However, Joe gave me his personal work cell and stayed in contact with me during the whole process. Joe was able to make things right for us. Thank you Joe, as this type of service will keep me and my family staying with AT&T. You treated us like family and or friends and took care of us as one of your own.”

This is a corporate location which is what we needed to handle the switch back to Verizon after just a matter of hours with the other carrier. I highly recommend this location.”

Then Alfredo came out amd asked me my price range and walked me through all the phones and what they could do and the quality of it. He transferred all my information to my new phone and was a big help. I appreciate him taking his time and making sure I was set up properly before leave. Great place to go!!”
