I called Mike's Wrecker the night before my 8 a.m. car service appointment to schedule a tow truck for my car. Needless to say, time management is not this company's strong suit. I explained to them as well as AAA that they needed to be at my house at about 7:30 at the latest to pick up my car so I could get to my appointment on time. I called at 7:30 a.m. to confirm they were still coming, but he said it would be another 10-15 minutes until they arrived. It was more like an hour later because the guy didn't show up until after 8:30 a.m., which obviously made me late to my appointment. On the phone and in person, the employees were nice. Especially Lee, who picked up my car, but there was no sense of urgency or consideration for one's time. I get that it wasn't a high priority situation. However, I called ahead of time for assistance, and they did not deliver like I hoped. My family has gone to them for years, but things aren't like they used to be. I am highly disappointed with the service I received!

My car was having issues starting and I had to revert to calling a tow truck. Joel from Mike's came to my house and diagnosed my car. He even went as far as giving me advice where to get a new battery & installed it for me. I'm not from Saginaw and really don't know my way around as of yet, but he was awesome & I can't thank him enough for the amazing customer service! ?

Had an issue Saturday night, called for a tow for a 24 ft inclosed car hauler and not only was the dispatcher very helpful, kind and polite the driver Justin was AWESOME! He went above and beyond to tow us 100 miles home safely! He was very professional, kind and put in some work, he never gave up and made sure everything and everyone was safe! I highly recommend this place! And I would give Justin the driver over 10 stars!!

We had a tire blowout on our utility trailer that we were taking downstate with my mother’s grave blanket in it. The tool that came with our truck would not work on the lugs on the trailer but Thanks to Mike’s wrecker in Saginaw. They were here within 20 minutes and with an impact and able to remove the lugs and get the tire changed so thank you very much five star service for sure.
The young lady that answered the phone was so kind, and Empathetic I appreciate her so much thank you to her as well

I had a bus broken down on the side of a freeway near St. Johns and none of the five heavy services I called in Lansing were interested in helping. As soon as the word "school bus" was said, they got evasive. When I called Mike's Wrecker, their dispatcher was immediately helpful and confident they could get the job done. Their driver Brent arrived quickly, was quick and efficient at getting the bus hooked up, and he was excellent company for the ride home. He even backed the broken bus into its proper parking spot. The price was extremely fair. We are grateful for their help and glad to be introduced to another resource for that region.
