Doesn't answer the phone. Doesn't even have a voicemail box set up and this is supposed to be a legit service center? They only help you if you show up in person I guess so you can show out face to face which I don't have a problem doing. Hire actual workers

They set up the PIN number without my permission. They stole the money. I have the proof and did paid for it. They turned off the service and still charging me? Not going to happen. See ya in court.

Horrible customer service. Paid for phone transfer which was $25 and didn't get our money back it was put to the phone bill not given back to us

I went to metro on Genesee Street in Saginaw the woman running the place was great very helpful and very friendly.We went to the metro dealer on Bay road and they were very rude and nasty told us we should leave because we weren't going to buy a phone anyway he wanted to sell us a phone that we did not want and told him we didn't want it.Would not recommend going to the metro PC dealer on Bay road.
