We get our vaccines here. Scheduled at 4:00 in person a week ahead of time. Arrived on time. Still waiting at 4:40. Sort of defeats the purpose of appointments.

It just depends on the pharmacist sometimes they're great with being in and out and sometimes they talk way too much to a redundant point missing appointments over their discussions

Somehow this pharmacy is slower than the DMV. They don't answer calls and make false promises on when prescriptions will be filled.

Wouldn't recommend the drive thu unless you have time to blow. Sometimes you get attitudes some days you have great people wait on you. Honestly they seem overworked, and always busy. I think they should have more people working, with all the clientele that they have. I started going here because They are always cheaper when using the good RX. ??♀️

Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. They shorted my Adderall prescription 6-8 months in a row. Manager did nothing except place all the blame on me and treat me as though I'm a drug addict. I suspect her. Do not use this pharmacy for controlled substances, they WILL be stolen.

Rude people who refuse to fill prescriptions same day, even ones sent from a Hospital are "sent to the warehouse", even when you request multiple times for it to be filled same day. The only way to get same day prescriptions is to beg the pharmacy for it. Pharmacist I spoke to is the hands down worst pharmaceutical professional I have ever encountered zero customer service skill and zero care for her patients.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this pharmacy. The staff consistently fails to restock essential medications, demonstrates a lack of understanding of their own system, and falsely claims prescriptions are expired. When trying to obtain critical, life-saving medications, I've been met with hang-ups - not just from techs but pharmacists themselves. They also misuse HIPAA regulations to avoid providing necessary information, despite my household's completed paperwork. As a household with disabled individuals relying on timely access to life-sustaining medications, I expect far better service and accountability from a pharmacy.Update - 03/19/2024They have decided to blacklist my husband from this pharmacy over us asking questions about the time of fulfillment for his prescription . Rather than filling it next day they kept pushing it back over and over again on a script that is a cancer prevention medication. We did not cuss, we simply ask questions. Our prescriptions are set to be filled same day as we were told we had to do. As such Pharmacist Mckayla has informed us that it is this Meijers policy is to have all prescriptions sent from the wearhouse because they are simply too busy here.Basically they refuse to actually do their job and take it out on the patients that they swore a hippocratic oath to provide healthcare too.Having grown up in as the child of someone woth a Doctorates in Pharmacy this is just flat unacceptable.
