They barely answer their phones anymore, if you have to get something filled best thing to do is go inside and order it which is extremely inconvenient.

This is the most unprofessional Pharmacy hands down. I have sat in line for over 35min and I was second in line with the two lines up and running. Everytime it's a Hassel when I get a text that my prescriptions are ready with in 1 to 3 days I show up and they say I don't have anything??????? They told me they don't work the Text portion that it in contracted through another group I say ok I need my Heartburn medicine and they tell me while 6 people are standing around it will be ready by 1pm tomorrow. Place is a Joke. If I could give them no stars I would

Staff here are very friendly but overworked and under staffed. Typical 2024 Meijer; Under Stock, Under Staff & Under Pay!! Usually have to wait at least 24 hours for new script or refills to be completed, even for the most typical medications. Thankfully I don’t need life altering meds, I would never fill that type of medication at a Meijer Pharmacy!!

I've been w Meijer pharmacy for years. For months now no one picks up the phone. I can call days in a row throughout the day no answer! I need a refill & wanted to talk the pharmacy I'm now gunna transfer my scripts to another pharmacy. I even had customer service call & they stayed on the line & couldn't get through. ? I'm done! ?☹️

They have screwed up my prescription so many times and they NEVER answer their phones. I went without my medication for almost 2 weeks because of their incompetence. They used to be so good but the past 6 months have been sooo bad.

I had an issue with an injectable medication and was so thankful to get the help from Christian in the pharmacy. He helped not only get the right one, he was able to find one available the same day!
