Meijer Pharmacy has a friendly and capable staff who actually care about their patients. However, the location is often understaffed and the staff appear overworked. There are frequent issues with medications being out of stock. Wait times for new prescriptions or refills are typically at least 24 hours. The pharmacy phone is often not answered. Despite these challenges, the staff are acknowledged for taking extra time to help patients, providing good service, and being much more reliable than some competitors. Patients report thankful experiences with staff members who solve problems and find medications the same day.

I had an issue with an injectable medication and was so thankful to get the help from Christian in the pharmacy. He helped not only get the right one, he was able to find one available the same day!
