McDonald’s Kia is AWESOME!! Everyone there was so kind and helpful! There was none of the fast talking and high pressure that I have experienced at other places. I had the pleasure of working with Daniel Lafollette and Andy Galloway and can’t say enough about them!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is in the market for a new or used car and would definitely come here again ❤️

I’ve always been greeted pleasantly. Service manager listens attentively to my problems. Waiting room is clean and pleasant. Service is done quickly and I’ve never had a complaint about the quality of work. They wash my filthy car to a new car appearance.

My experience here was so amazing everyone here was soo welcoming.They have you test drives as many cars as you like and would even let you sit in a car one more time just to make sure that’s was the one. And the whole purchasing process was very smooth as long you had all your paper work everything turned out okay!! They also explained everything thoroughly that way you understand what you are signing. And to end it when you get your new or used car they go and explain the Features of that’s car. It was a very good day thank you again McDonald’s Kia and Tiffany Riley for making a girls dream car come true!!!!!

Just an FYI I just bought the car yesterday. However, it drives beautifully. I worked with Shawn from the used car portion of McDonald Kia who helped me through the entire car buying process which was straightforward and kinda fun! When I set a max price he did not persuaded me to go higher but instead worked with me on finding a vehicle that was not only dependable but also fit me(quite literally) :). Additionally he was able to find me an awesome rate for what my credit is at my desired credit union. I went to many dealerships and he was one of the only ones who were honest and quickly followed up with me with any questions I had. I would 100% recommend this dealer and working with Shawn too!

My husband and I had an amazing experience at McDonald Kia working with Daniel! He was so helpful (so was anyone else we interacted with from the team) and we are so glad we can now call this 2019 Subaru Legacy our own!
