Bought a vehicle in Feb. made 1 payment on it. This last Saturday I noticed the heated seat on the passenger side didn’t work. Made an appt and took it in. Also bought extended warranty. Waited 2 hours for diagnosis. Service dept “thinks” they found the problem but aren’t sure as they don’t deal with Lincoln. Next day was told warranty will not cover repair, want over $1,000! Received a call back could bring down to $875! An entire heated seat can be bought for way less! Emailed and reached out to several managers, receiving radio silence. Unsure why I paid so much for a warranty I can’t use! Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Like I tried to explain to the service dept I’m not paying $875 let alone over $1,000 when you “think” you found the problem. What if it doesn’t fix it?! Have no issue paying any deductible through warranty, but don’t feel I need to pay for a 1,000 repair less then 60 days in of buying car! Was also told dealership lost money on the car. Confused on that as I had a trade in, put money down and didn’t ever ask to pay less then sticker price. So if they lost money that isn’t on me.

BUYER BEWARE!Bought a truck from them in February of 2024. Drove 7 hours to do the deal, before I drove all that distance I asked for the truck to be inspected and was told it already had and that everything works. I arrive and there are quite a few things on the truck that don't work as described. Come to a deal on the vehicle and as we're leaving we're told if we have any issues in the next 30 days to contact them. Here I am 20 days out with some issues I'd at least like to have a conversation about and the dealership will not return any of my calls. I call the front desk, get sent to voicemail, leave a message, no return phone call. Send texts, no response, emails, same thing. If I could give zero stars I would due to poor business ethics and morals. Don't do business with this dealership, they are what gives dealerships bad names.

I put brand new tires on my Cadillac on Friday at McDonald's Cadillac drove the car home parked it and drove my 2019 Cadillac from Friday until now. On Sunday morning the Cadillac I just put the new tires on has one tire flat now just sitting there. Let's go back to when I picked my Cadillac up I noticed they didn't put my tire lock back in my car I also was missing a cap for one of the rims and every tire had different air pressure in them which made me wonder what else could be messed up on my car now because the service I received showed a lack of details. Bottom line is my Cadillac is in my driveway now is on a flat and the car bought brand new in 2014 didn't even come with a spare tire
